Deleting your information

You can ask Persuadence Private Limited to delete everything we hold about you from our WhatsApp service. Anyone who has messaged us can ask.
How to ask
Either of these works:
- On WhatsApp. Send the word DELETE to the number you’ve been chatting with.
- By email. Write to shefeeq@persuadence.com with the WhatsApp number you used with us.
We’ll reply to confirm we’ve received your request.
What happens next
Within 30 days we delete your conversations, your details, and your place on any of our lists. We then tell you it’s done.
If you messaged a business that uses our service, we also tell that business you’ve asked for deletion.
What we still keep, and why
- A record of what was done with your information, for one year, because the law requires it.
- A record that you asked for deletion, so we don’t contact you again.
Only want the messages to stop?
Reply STOP. We stop sending you messages, and you can ask for deletion at any time later.
